It felt as if I was being treated like a complete novice, and every explanation drew attention from those around me, which made things a bit awkward.The owner was friendly, and the service was very polite, which was not an issue at all. However, the other male staff member (the assistant) was disappointing. His explanations were too fast and unclear, and he came off as a bit brusque. There was no body language, and while it wasn't rude, it didn't create a relaxing atmosphere. Honestly, I felt a bit pressured.In summary:The price range and the restaurant's appearance are very much like a high-end establishment, but the overall quality of the service did not match. It’s certainly not the "worst" experience, but I don’t feel inclined to return. I would much rather enjoy kushikatsu at a chain like "Daruma," where the atmosphere is far more comfortable.
