I was fortunate enough to win the reservation battle on Tablecheck and finally visited for the first time on Saturday at 11 AM. ☺️The restaurant is compact with only seven counter seats, and there were a couple of regulars present. However, the owner engaged us in conversation, creating a warm and relaxing atmosphere where we enjoyed our meal. They had a rare shipment of Tokachi Royal Mangalitsa pork, but since it was my first visit, I opted for the more familiar Hayashi SPF pork. It was moist, flavorful, and had no unpleasant odor. Depending on personal preference, the panko breadcrumbs also had a delightful texture, which I appreciated.I ordered two types of minced cutlets—regular and Mangalitsa—and shared them with my friend. They were so delicious that I was left speechless. The chicken tender cutlet is also popular, so I plan to try that on my next visit.
