I started with the loin cutlet seasoned with salt. The sweetness of the meat was prominent, and I was truly impressed.I tried the mille-feuille cutlet with salt and sesame oil. It was my first time eating fried food with salt and sesame oil, and I was amazed at how well they complemented each other. It left a lasting impression on me, and I would love to try this combination again at other places if I get the chance. The meat was cooked rare, but there was no blood seeping out, so I felt safe enjoying it.The shrimp tempura and minced meat cutlet I had at the end were also exquisite. The shrimp tempura was crispy and fragrant on the outside, while the inside was plump and juicy. The minced meat cutlet was full of flavorful juices and incredibly satisfying. While the prices are not cheap, the deliciousness and satisfaction matched the cost. I believe it was a truly luxurious meal worth experiencing at least once.
