I tried to make a reservation at the end of March, but it was fully booked until Golden Week. Finally, I was able to visit during Golden Week!I heard that the turnover rate is quite high, so among high-end sushi restaurants, this one is relatively easier to book.The reservation cost was around JPY 8,800 per person, which means I couldn't pay on the day of my visit—so it was all-you-can-drink! Haha!I enjoyed a lot of delicious Japanese sake!I learned that the course originally costs around JPY 60,000, but since it's also a training place for apprentices, the price is quite reasonable!All the sushi was prepared and served by the apprentices.They provided detailed explanations about the rice, the toppings, and the gari, and I was very intrigued by their insights!Every bite was so delicious that I felt like crying, and I truly believe it's an incredible deal to enjoy this for under JPY 10,000.I highly recommend visiting for special occasions!No matter who you bring, I’m sure they will be delighted by this place!For dessert, we moved to a completely different, beautifully European-style room.The Japanese-style parfait for dessert was also exquisite.During this time, the master chef came over to chat with us. He was a very interesting person.I will definitely come back!
