I've been to many udon shops, but this one is my number one.The texture of the noodles, the aroma of the wheat, and the soy sauce are all perfectly to my taste.No complaints here.I recommend trying it cold.To fully enjoy the wheat flavor, it's best without the egg.I set aside the tempura and savor the noodles first.The soy sauce, perhaps Kamada Soy Sauce, enhances the flavor of the noodles and adds a delicious umami.As I slurp the noodles, I can't help but exclaim, "Delicious!"Every first bite feels just as good, no matter how many times I come back.I've never encountered udon that surpasses this.The noodles have a satisfying weight and a firm chew.I can only say it's the best.It was so delicious!
