Upon being seated, the chef personally came to our table to explain the course menu. I expected a formal atmosphere, but he turned out to be quite charming and approachable.For those who love game meat, this course is a must-try with an impressive variety. I was pleasantly surprised by the delicious venison blood macaroon, and the corn soup paired with lemon was delightful. The carpaccio served like a rice porridge and the puff pastry terrine were also exquisite, and the roast for the main dish was fantastic. Everything, including the parfait at the end, was perfect.The table setting with flowers and the butter knife shaped like a little bird added lovely touches.Since I mentioned it was my birthday, they celebrated with a message on the plate and a music box.It was a wonderful moment to slowly enjoy such delicious food.If you love game meat, this place is definitely worth a visit.
