☆Tori Shige☆I had a craving for delicious grilled offal, so I visited this place for the first time in a while. Founded in 1949, it is a long-established grilled offal restaurant representing Tokyo.Since it was a bit late in the evening, I was able to make an on-the-day reservation and get a table.Even after a long absence, the taste did not disappoint. The grilled items were cooked to perfection, bringing out the rich flavors of the ingredients, and the sashimi showcased excellent freshness. Every dish I tried had a high level of quality. The tsukune (grilled chicken meatballs) was particularly impressive. It had a robust flavor with a perfect seasoning that paired excellently with the drinks. To finish off, I ordered the warm noodles. The rich broth was full of flavor, making it a perfect way to conclude the meal. I felt highly satisfied until the very end.I truly understood why this place has been loved for so many years, enjoying the stability and undeniable deliciousness that comes with a long-standing establishment. I look forward to visiting again. It was a great meal.
