I visited the reservation-only Gastronomy Joel Robuchon. From the very first amuse-bouche, the flavors were absolutely stunning. The caviar, which I had dreamed of trying, surprisingly had a light taste that paired perfectly with the bread. The salmon dish had an excellent combination of cream cheese and wasabi. The meat was incredibly tender and complemented the red wine beautifully. Since it’s Robuchon, a glass of wine was quite pricey at JPY 7000, haha. Two dessert carts came around. I was too full, but I managed to enjoy the chocolate, macarons, and cassis sorbet. Everything was delicious!
