Finally, my long-awaited first visit!This is the restaurant of Izumiya-san, who trained for 10 years at the famous kushikatsu restaurant, A-bon.I had heard from many people that it was a must-visit, and I was finally able to make a reservation and come here!First, I waited a bit in the waiting room, "Daibon Bar."Then, I was guided to the counter seats, and the interior was very clean and had a wonderful atmosphere.I waited with great anticipation for the course to begin.Now, about the food—it exceeded my expectations in deliciousness.The cooking was exquisite, and everything from the sauces, salt, mustard sauce, to the sweet and sour sauce was of high quality.The ingredients were carefully selected, and with the skillful technique applied to them, each skewer was truly a luxurious creation.The fish, meat, and vegetables chosen according to the season were all at a level that left me in awe.With a light batter and delicate cooking, I enjoyed every bite without feeling heavy at all.Moreover, the attentive service from the staff was wonderful, allowing me to have a very pleasant time.I thoroughly enjoyed the additional skewers after the course, leaving me completely satisfied both physically and emotionally.Before I knew it, I had become a true "Daibon fan."I am already looking forward to my next visit.Thank you for a wonderful dining experience!It was a great meal!
