At Kikuno I, you can enjoy beautifully crafted dishes that celebrate the essence of the seasons. ❤️The summer-inspired dishes were delightful, featuring a stunning presentation with a lotus leaf as a dish and an impressive hoozuki (Chinese lantern plant) dish. The seasonal sweetfish was also delicious.Dessert was a refreshing Uji Kintoki (shaved ice with matcha). ♡Not only the food, but also the tableware and presentation evoke the feeling of the season. The view of the Japanese garden from the room added to the charm, creating a lovely atmosphere that allowed us to experience a quintessential summer in Kyoto.
