Located in Yotsuya Sanchome, Sharikimon Onozawa is a restaurant that makes you want to visit each season.On this day, we started with junsai (water shield) followed by a delicious appetizer of sea urchin. As I enjoyed the fragrant dashi broth from the soup, we moved on to sashimi. After savoring the famous toro-taku (fatty tuna with pickled vegetables), I found myself wanting to order more dishes to pair with my drinks!For the final course, I couldn't resist choosing all the varieties of soba, including the classic karasumi soba (soba with salted mullet roe) and the seasonal tantanmen-style soba.I’ve already made a reservation for my next visit to enjoy another autumn specialty, sanma (Pacific saury). I'm looking forward to it!
