I finally visited the renowned Joel Robuchon. While the evening atmosphere can feel quite exclusive, I was pleasantly surprised by the relaxed ambiance during lunch.This time, I opted for the JPY 28,000 course. I believe this shorter course is just right for enjoying the wagon service. Regardless of the price range, it seems that Caviar Imperial is always included.The amuse-bouche featured a shrimp gofrett, which paired perfectly with wine. Since it's spring, the warm appetizer was a beautiful green asparagus ravioli, and for the main course, I chose swordfish and firefly squid. The seasonal ingredients and menu truly made my heart flutter.The level of hospitality here is unparalleled. Robuchon has established a unique brand, making it the perfect place for special occasions like anniversaries or proposals.
