The next generation of sushi chefs is taking the industry by storm.The young chef is still in his teens, yet he is remarkably composed and dedicated, showcasing his hard work and training.The ingredients are of high quality, and I believe the value for money is excellent, even just for the sushi alone.I’m excited to see more talented chefs emerging.I definitely want to visit again when I go to Tokyo!
