The hidden entrance was quite impressive. After ringing the intercom and taking the elevator up, I felt a special sense of excitement, almost like a ritual. The meal consisted of about 10 innovative dishes that, while based on French techniques, defied categorization. Each plate delicately highlighted the flavors and aromas of the ingredients, leaving me in awe. Additionally, the luxurious pairing of wine or tea for each course was selected by a dedicated sommelier.
