Every dish in the course we enjoyed showcased meticulous craftsmanship. Starting with a soup that utilized local ingredients from Mie, such as Sukuna pumpkin, the attention to detail was evident in both the presentation and table settings. I was truly impressed by how each plate highlighted the allure of Ise-Shima's ingredients while respecting traditional French techniques. As a roadside establishment with an attached parking lot, accessing the restaurant by car is very convenient.
