It was truly the best dinner ever.First of all, I heard that making a reservation is quite difficult, but I managed to secure one right at midnight!I was really looking forward to it until the day of the dinner, and I made sure to prepare my appetite!I chose the Degustation Course along with the Pairing Course.The first amuse-bouche was crispy on the outside and creamy on the inside. It was amazing. The famous caviar was incredibly delicious, bursting with the flavor of crab.It paired perfectly with the wine they provided. If you dine here, I highly recommend opting for the Pairing Course! I could go on and on about each dish, but everything was delicious all the way to the last dessert!However, by the end, I was so full that I felt like I was really pushing myself!They also prepared a birthday plate for us. The cake on the plate could be taken home, allowing me to savor the experience even the next day. I want to expand my stomach and come back again so I can enjoy it all over again!
