A Michelin-starred restaurant. I was impressed by the bonsai displayed in the restroom, which changed with the seasons. They use Yamato beef, and before serving the dishes, they presented the meat they would be using and provided an explanation, which was great. The food was absolutely delicious—no complaints at all. The tenderloin katsu sandwich served at the beginning was so good that it felt almost unfair.
