Japan's only Michelin two-star Italian restaurant. Overall, the dishes were incredibly gentle and filled with delightful surprises. The tagliolini with a seafood sauce paired with mushrooms and the triangular dish featuring the sweetness of Kyoto duck and Kujo green onions were particularly impressive. The homemade bread was outstanding, and the desserts also showcased a very high level of craftsmanship. I am already looking forward to what new dishes I will encounter next time.
