It was my first time trying eel as sashimi, and it was surprisingly mild in flavor, with a fresh texture and taste that was truly delightful. I enjoyed dishes that are not commonly available, adding a sense of specialness to the meal. The calm atmosphere made it a place I would love to visit again.
