This restaurant is notoriously difficult to book, and I understand why. The sushi is top-notch, paired with an extensive selection of Japanese sake, and the ambiance is nothing short of luxurious. Even the shape of the gari (pickled ginger) is addictive. The sushi is so delicious that it melts in your mouth the moment you take a bite.
