☁️ 7:30 ☁️ 3 people ☁️ Wait time: Started eating around 9:20 ☁️ Order: - Kake Udon (small, hot) Visited on Saturday, June 13th. I heard it gets crowded, and since I was in a large camper van, I arrived early at 7:30 and got ticket number 14. Around 8:45, just before opening, they started calling numbers for us to line up. Today, an older lady explained how to order. She mentioned she was a substitute, so maybe someone else usually does it? While she was explaining, I was asked about the amount of noodles and whether I wanted them hot or cold (on weekends, you can only choose hot or cold, not both). First, I received the udon, and then I added green onions and an egg. ↓ Next, I picked up some tempura. ↓ Then, I went to the register. Since I had a numbered ticket, I was able to eat about 15 minutes after lining up. ☺︎ By opening time, there was a long line! By a little after 8, the parking lot was starting to fill up, so if you're in a camper or a large vehicle, it's best to arrive early. The noodles had a strong chewiness and were truly delicious! This might be my number one udon so far. I took a lot of seasonings and tempura, but I definitely want to try the noodles with just soy sauce next time. However, the tempura was crispy, and this shrimp tempura for JPY 120 was quite special, so I’m glad I tried it! It's a bit hard to get to, which is a downside, but if the timing works out, I’d love to come back!
