This was my first visit to a Tabelog Bronze Award-winning restaurant, which I had been curious about for a long time. To ensure I could get in, I made a reservation a month in advance. I was taken here by my father to celebrate my job offer, and I left most of the ordering to the intimidating yet friendly owner. I insisted on having the Heart sashimi, and asked for recommendations for everything else. The restaurant is a cozy, traditional yakiniku spot with only about six seats. The owner initially seemed quiet and dedicated to his craft, but once we started talking, he was very approachable, and his desire for customers to enjoy their meals was evident. Now, onto the food—it exceeded my expectations. Honestly, this is the best yakiniku and horumon I have ever had, without a doubt. The Heart sashimi, which I was particularly looking forward to, had no unpleasant odor and was shockingly delicious with its crisp texture and rich flavor. The Abomasum had a perfect balance of sweetness and chewiness, while the Kopuchan burst with flavor with every bite, making me smile with delight. Every cut of meat was exceptional, and I was in awe until the very end.Since the focus is on horumon, the prices are surprisingly accessible for a Bronze Award-winning restaurant, which is a nice bonus. However, I worry that once I discover this place, I might not be satisfied with other yakiniku or horumon restaurants (laughs). I definitely want to visit again within this year; it has undoubtedly become a special place for me.
