I woke up at 4:30 AM and headed to the restaurant. Despite arriving early in the morning, there was already a line.I wrote my name on the morning list and passed the time at a nearby fish cake shop.Even though I arrived so early, the eel liver was sold out, and I couldn't try it. It seems that the liver is so popular that you need to make a reservation to enjoy it.The Japanese sake I had with the eel was incredibly delicious and perfectly paired with the unaju (grilled eel over rice). However, the brand was kept a secret due to its popularity. In addition to the eel, I also enjoyed shirayaki (grilled eel without sauce), delicacies, and soft-shelled turtle eggs.It was a rare experience to savor dishes that can only be found at this restaurant, and I truly appreciated it.I would love to visit this place again, even if it means waking up at 4:30 AM!
