It was my first visit in 5 years. This restaurant is run by the top disciple of the renowned Sushi Arai. Despite the chef's gentle and calming demeanor, the dishes featured a strong style with perfectly balanced sushi rice that had a sharp acidity, harmonizing with top-quality ingredients. The portion sizes were just right. I also ordered some squid sashimi as an addition. I will definitely come back again.
