From start to finish, the quality was exceptional, and everything was delicious. I chose the most affordable course, but I was extremely satisfied! The yukhoe and Chateaubriand were personally my favorites, and the final dessert was hojicha (roasted green tea) shaved ice, which had a refined flavor and was absolutely delightful.
