I've always wanted to visit Jigen Do✨This restaurant specializes in Japanese cuisine using firewood and charcoal.The dishes, mainly featuring fish and meat, were infused with a wonderful smoky aroma.Today, I had zucchini and corn rice, accompanied by shirasu (whitebait), mentaiko (spicy cod roe), and gyu shigure (beef simmered in soy sauce). These were particularly exquisite, and I ended up going back for seconds.I’ll be back next year, eagerly waiting for my next visit!
