I visited Tonkatsu Fujii, which I had been curious about. I made a reservation through Table Check. I arrived about 10 minutes early and was warmly welcomed. I ordered the fillet (pure white Bianca) and chicken tender cutlet. They offer a generous service where you can refill rice and cabbage once for free. Although I’m not usually a fan of the cabbage served with tonkatsu, I couldn’t resist going for seconds because the cabbage and dressing here were delicious. As I had read in reviews, the chicken tender was incredibly soft with just the right amount of saltiness—so good that I could eat several! The fillet had a firm texture, bursting with flavor, making it hard to put down my chopsticks. Honestly, the quality is so high for such a low price; I would still want to come even if the price doubled. It was a great meal!
