I visited Yakitori Taniguchi, a representative of Hyogo, after a long time craving yakitori. I heard that the grill master changed to an apprentice in June, but reviews are still overflowing with praise for the deliciousness. Notably, the tsukune (chicken meatball), lean cuts, and liver pâté stood out. The tsukune and lean cuts were packed with flavor, and the tsukune in particular was the best skewer I’ve ever had in terms of taste and texture. The liver pâté had no unpleasant odor at all, and its rich, bitter flavor paired perfectly with the crispy, sweet bread. Lastly, the pudding was so delicious that I wanted to order some to take home; it was sweet, rich, and simply outstanding. From start to finish, everything was delicious, and the service was excellent. I definitely want to come back. It was a great meal!
