This is my favorite restaurant that I've visited many times.Here, you can enjoy tonkatsu made from the Royal Mangalitsa pig, which is often referred to as a "national treasure to eat."With just one bite, the sweetness and umami of the high-quality fat will bring a smile to your face.The coating is light and crispy, while the meat is surprisingly moist and tender. Even the fat is delicious without feeling heavy, allowing you to savor every last bite.I still remember the excitement I felt the first time I tried it, and it’s amazing that that feeling never fades, no matter how many times I eat it.I've visited various places in search of delicious tonkatsu, but this restaurant remains special to me.I can't imagine finding better tonkatsu than this.It truly is a cherished place that makes you feel that way.Thank you for another wonderful meal!
