They have a hint of sweetness and are truly the perfect way to eat them. ◻︎ Chicken Breast Sashimi It’s rich and pairs well with wine. ◻︎ Takasaka Chicken Yodare-dori (Spicy Chicken) Add wontons and noodles! This could even work as a finishing dish! ♡ ▪️ Heart ▪️ Chōchin (Chicken Tail) ◻︎ Vichyssoise A cold potato soup topped with white truffle! This is the first time I've had it at a yakitori restaurant! Inside, there’s an egg yolk, which you mix in before enjoying it. (^^) ▪️ Tsukune (Chicken Meatballs) Fluffy and piping hot!
