I was invited to a famous meat restaurant located in Gion Shijo, Kyoto. The atmosphere of the surrounding streets is lovely, and the exterior and interior of the restaurant are both stunning. I had a reservation for a table on the second floor, where I was able to leisurely enjoy delicious meat dishes. Everything was tasty, but the braised dish at the end was especially unforgettable! The tail was simmered until it was tender, and I enjoyed it with rice—it was the best! It seems that you can enter the counter on the first floor without a reservation if you wait in line, so I definitely want to go back!
