I visited again after a long time.If you love sushi, you surely know about Sugita. While many flashy sushi restaurants have emerged, Sugita continues to evolve every day, impressing food enthusiasts around the world with its motto of "better today than yesterday, and better tomorrow than today."Not only is the attention to customer service remarkable, but the meticulous care taken in creating a pristine environment down to the tiniest detail is truly commendable.I still remember the shock I felt the first time I visited the restroom here! This time, after a year and a half, I was reminded that dining here is more about experiencing art than just eating sushi.As for the taste, I believe it is undoubtedly the best in Japan, so I will refrain from elaborating further on that.In a time when many restaurants are members-only or do not accept new reservations, it’s wonderful that there are opportunities for newcomers to try and make a reservation.I will work hard and come back again.Thank you for the wonderful meal today!
