I visited this place for the first time in about three years. Last time, I was impressed by the fluffy and delicious unagi donburi and the crispy, flavorful shiroyaki, so I made a reservation through OMAKASE.Currently, they only offer one type of unagi donburi, so I was a bit disappointed that shiroyaki and uzaku are no longer available.It seems that Tsukamoto-san, who previously prepared the dishes, has opened his own place in Hamamatsu, so they might be sticking to this menu until their operations stabilize.I chose the deshiko unagi, but I felt that the tenderness and texture of the eel were not quite as good as before. Considering that the unagi donburi is priced at JPY 7000, I couldn't shake off the feeling regarding the taste and cost performance.They also have regular unagi available for JPY 5000, which is not deshiko.However, the service is commendable, as you can enjoy unlimited servings of freshly cooked rice, and drinks like oolong tea are free after the first order.The unagi is still delicious, so I left satisfied.Thank you for the wonderful meal today.
