I made a reservation and visited the restaurant.I felt a bit of a difference when I made the reservation, but I wondered if things had changed.I arrived at the counter at 11 AM.I ordered a plate of loin and mille-feuille, a plate of chateaubriand, and a plate of lamb cutlet and fried conger eel.For dessert, I chose a refreshing lemon sorbet to match the summer season.Hmm, it seems they have indeed made some changes.The tonkatsu is still as large as ever.Somehow, the batter seems to have a better texture, making for a delightful tonkatsu.I heard they changed the breadcrumbs as well.While you can find tonkatsu elsewhere, I really recommend trying Narikura's tonkatsu at least once.It's quite impressive.If you don't mind trying something different, I encourage you to taste the lamb cutlet—it's delicious.I definitely want to keep coming back.
