This was the best nigiri sushi I had during my trip to Niigata. The preparation and seasoning of the fish were incredibly meticulous, with each topping showcasing unique flavors and sauces tailored to them. The white fish like sea bass and barracuda that I had at the beginning were exquisite, and I was truly impressed by the rich umami of the sweet shrimp and the deliciousness of the "Toto Mame". The specialty, black throat sea perch, was cooked to perfection. I visited for lunch, and the generous portions left me completely satisfied. I definitely want to return to this remarkable restaurant!
