I visited Hitotsu for the first time on September 21. The quality of the sushi here in Miyazaki is astonishingly high, with both the overall Japanese cuisine and sushi being top-notch. I’m definitely coming back in November. Among the dishes, the eggplant somen was absolutely incredible! The anago (sea eel) served towards the end was a truly moving experience. It was exceptionally delicious. Thank you!
