I was taken here to celebrate my birthday, and it was amazing from start to finish! The eel was particularly thick and well-seasoned, truly delicious! The green beans on top of the fried oysters were crunchy and had a great texture; I could eat a whole bowl of just that! The somen noodles were so chewy, I was genuinely impressed—it was the best somen I've ever had! The dishes were also beautifully presented with vibrant colors, making it a feast for the eyes as well. It was a truly happy experience. I wonder when I can come back next? (laughs)
