YAKITORI Moe es in Roppongi truly lives up to its reputation as one of the top 100 restaurants. Every dish, from start to finish, is absolutely delicious. The grilling technique is exquisite, bringing out the rich flavors of each ingredient. The standout for me was the Hōrō Chicken, which had a remarkable depth of flavor and texture that left me in awe. Not only are the skewers impressive, but the overall quality of the course is also exceptional. If you love yakitori, this is a place you must visit at least once. I definitely plan to return to this gem in Roppongi!
