While looking at the exterior photos on Tabelog, I noticed there was a space that seemed like a bike parking area. However, when I arrived by motorcycle, I was surprised to find there was no place to park, which was quite an unfortunate start. I should have confirmed this with the restaurant beforehand. The staff, particularly the female manager, provided exceptionally polite and gentle service, embodying the best qualities of Japanese hospitality. It was a truly wonderful experience. The highly anticipated tonkatsu was incredibly fluffy and crispy, and the meat was so tender that I found myself eating more and more, despite it being fried. It was delicious even without salt or sauce, but since I prefer salt, I chose to add some.I also ordered the lamb katsu, but it had a stronger fatty flavor than I expected, so I preferred the regular katsu instead.Even without any extras, the portion was quite satisfying, so I think I’ll just stick to the set meal next time.Overall, the service, taste, and portion size were all top-notch. It’s no wonder this place is renowned as Japan's best tonkatsu restaurant.
