A representative sushi restaurant in Fukuoka.I had always wanted to visit "Sushi Sakai" at least once. The atmosphere inside is serene, yet somehow it doesn’t feel tense; it was a pleasant experience from start to finish. What stood out to me was the course structure that goes beyond just sushi. The seasonal dishes reflect a creativity that transcends traditional Japanese cuisine. Each piece of sushi has its own unique character. The harmony between the fish and the rice was particularly impressive. The food, the tableware, the ambiance, and the service.None of these elements stand out on their own; rather, they all connect seamlessly, creating a unique aftertaste that is characteristic of this restaurant. If I visit Fukuoka again, this is definitely a place I want to return to.
