I was really looking forward to seeing someone who had to transfer unexpectedly and had to sadly decline. Instead, I quickly decided to go with two others who also wanted to come. That’s how much I wanted to visit this place. And it’s been years, or maybe over 10 years!? since we last met. We were both surprised and laughed. We started with the Assorted Sashimi. The contents may vary slightly based on the day’s catch, but it’s Omakase. It’s still delicious as always. As for drinks, when you think of Uotora, you think of Fresh Lemon or Fresh Kabosu Highballs. Kabosu was available this time, so we had that. When you come here, Chawanmushi, Tamagoyaki (Eel), and Almond Tofu are a must.Chawanmushi is just too delicious. Well, everything is too delicious! It’s piping hot, so I let it cool a bit since I have a sensitive tongue. We ordered a large Tamagoyaki, and with four of us, it was gone in no time (๑´ڡ`๑).I was looking forward to the Sanma Sashimi, but it was sold out.The Chicken Wings here are seriously delicious! I almost wanted to take some home. These are definitely a must-try. I highly recommend the half-and-half of salt and sauce.Someone started eating the Rice Ball right away, even though we had Chicken Wings! The Deep-fried Corn is also a popular dish, and we ordered it again this time. The Deep-fried Rockfish is served whole, and they also break it apart for easy eating. ✌️We finished with the Seafood Rice Bowl, sharing it amicably. It was so satisfying! With big eaters around, we were safe with this choice. The rice here is incredibly delicious! It’s Koshihikari from Uonuma.I was too full to eat the Rice Ball.Next time, I’ll try the Sea Bream Chazuke. The Almond Tofu is also a must. This time it was lemon-flavored. It’s irresistible! I want to try both lemon and matcha next time.We were so engaged in conversation that by the time we left, it was past 1 AM! I’ll definitely come again! It was a great meal!
