This yakitori restaurant is known for being hard to book. I happened to find one seat available online and quickly made a reservation. I was really looking forward to my visit, but when I arrived at 5 PM, the place was already fully booked. Most customers were in pairs or groups, and since I was seated alone at a corner table, I felt a bit lonely (laughs). The restaurant operates on a stop system, and I ended up enjoying 24 skewers in total. Among them, the standout items were the chicken wings, esophagus, gizzards, and tsukune. The chicken wings were perfectly grilled, with a crispy skin and juicy, moist meat inside. The esophagus was grilled with sauce, providing a unique chewy texture that I really enjoyed. The gizzards had a delightful crunch, and although they were simply seasoned with salt, they weren't overly salty and had no unpleasant odor. The tsukune was bite-sized and mixed with cartilage, adding a nice texture, making it very delicious as well. The food was undeniably tasty, which explains why it's so hard to get a reservation here.Perhaps because I was dining alone, the explanations given when serving the skewers were a bit quiet, and there were times when I had difficulty hearing. They might have been trying to ensure a peaceful dining experience. I had to ask for clarification once, but other than that, I was able to enjoy my meal without any issues.Overall, I was very satisfied with the food, and I would love to return if I get another chance to make a reservation.
