This was a wonderful course that truly showcased the quality of the ingredients and the skill of the chefs, characteristic of a fish specialty restaurant. Each dish was carefully crafted to highlight the natural flavors of the fish, with meticulous attention to the sauces, herbs, and presentation, making it visually enjoyable as well. The grilled fish, in particular, was perfectly cooked, with a crispy skin and tender flesh. The puff pastry dish was also impressive, and I enjoyed every bite without getting bored until the very end. It was a deeply satisfying meal that allowed me to appreciate the depth of fish cuisine.It was a great meal.
