I was finally able to visit again after a while.- Amakusa White Sweet Sea Bream (aged for 1 week) - Whelk - Shinko (young sardine) - Karasumi (dried mullet roe) - Iwate Steamed Abalone with Eggplant - Miyagi Bonito - White Shrimp - Miyagi Nodoguro Rice Bowl - Aori Squid - Tea from Sichuan Province - Chutoro (medium fatty tuna) with Pepper - Hairy Crab - Ishinomaki Amate Flatfish Liver - Mackerel Sushi - Amakusa Sea Urchin - Tomato Miso Soup - Thick Roll - Rare Chinese Tea I was completely satisfied. It was a great meal!
