I traveled from Kansai to visit what is said to be the number one sushi restaurant in Matsuyama, Shikoku.The exterior features stylish exposed concrete, and the interior is just as lovely.The meal began with a simultaneous start, featuring about six appetizers.Then came the sushi, made with local and seasonal fish.It was wonderful and delicious.The young chef brings a fresh perspective to the dishes.I would love to visit again.
