Located in Kamigamo, Kyoto,this Japanese restaurant has become a reservation hotspot.It’s a Tabelog Gold restaurant.I visited again after a while.For lunch and dinner,this time, the dishes were very much in line with the summer flavors of Kyoto, featuring a variety of eel.While eel can often be bland,the preparations here were creative, from sashimi to various grilling methods—truly outstanding.I found myself wondering if eel could taste this good!In addition, the other intricate dishes were remarkable.The rice dish was accompanied by grilled Hatahata, which was surprisingly delicious!Once again, I left completely satisfied.It was a great meal!
