Ristorante Nakamoto hosts a ramen event once a month, where the name changes to Nakamoto Shokudo for that day. You can enjoy a variety of ramen each month. This time, they offered a summer special: chilled ramen. I had the chilled Chinese noodles, and it was incredibly delicious! As expected from an Italian chef, the Chinese dishes are top-notch. It was a fantastic meal. I also enjoyed the roasted pork rice bowl.
