This is an extremely hard-to-book restaurant, and I was lucky enough to visit again. Thank you so much! If invited, I would definitely go, no matter what. The experience was absolutely top-notch, with perfect pairings. Of course, I left the food choices to the chef, and for drinks, I had the option of non-alcoholic or alcoholic pairings!One of the specialties here is the abalone, which is fried and then grilled. It was incredibly delicious!The shrimp was dipped in a bubbling cream sauce. It was amazing!Ah, I want to go again—I'd love to visit every month.It was a great meal.
