The clam chawanmushi had a rich umami flavor from the dashi, and the horse mackerel nigiri was fresh and incredibly delicious. Each dish was prepared with care, and I enjoyed every single one of them. The service from the staff and the atmosphere of the restaurant were both excellent. I definitely want to come back!
