I had dinner at Ebisu Yoroniku. This time, I ordered the "Basic yet Highly Satisfying Course" (JPY 13,300).The course starts with three types of kimchi and three types of namul, followed by sashimi, yukhoe, yakiniku, and finishes with somen and shaved ice.It was great that the staff grilled the meat from start to finish, allowing us to enjoy each cut at the perfect doneness. The cold beef sashimi was delicious, but I especially enjoyed the yukhoe on grilled baguette. The grilled items included loin, premium tongue, premium outside skirt, today’s lean cut, and tsuchinoko. Then, in the latter half, we had:- Chateaubriand Silken Loin- Special Sirloin Zabuton SukiyakiAll of these were incredibly delicious. The zabuton sukiyaki, in particular, was expertly grilled by the staff, allowing us to fully enjoy the tender texture and rich flavor of the meat. The honeycomb tripe soup served during the course was a nice palate cleanser. For the finale, we had Awa hand-stretched somen.Even after a hearty meal of yakiniku, it was refreshing. For dessert, we had shaved ice.I chose matcha this time, which was also delicious, and the combination of shaved ice at the end of the yakiniku course was delightful.Additionally, I ordered:- Today's Special Nigiri (JPY 2,680)- Outside Knuckle (JPY 1,980)The course alone was substantial, but I thoroughly enjoyed the extra meat as well. The staff who attended to us left a very good impression from start to finish.Since I could trust them with the grilling, I was able to focus on eating and enjoy the yakiniku at a leisurely pace. With high-quality meat, a well-structured course, and excellent service from the staff, it was a place I would love to visit again.
